Pricing & Payment

• Prices may have a sales tax if no valid certificate is on file. Non-exempt conditions will be determined by governing jurisdiction.
• Sales tax is not included in base price.
• Prices may change without notice, but we'll try our best to avoid this.
• Freight costs, custom duties, tariffs, and freight forwarder expenses are included in the base price.

Shipping

• We aim to have orders shipped out in 3 days, but may extend past that depending on the stock of manufacturer.
• All shipments are FOB.
• ThermallabelHQ will normally ship via FedEx Ground, but will ship at our discretion as needed (updated 5/1/2019).
• All orders in the Continental United States have shipping included.

Returned Goods

• To return an item, please use the RMA feature in the 'My Account' section, after logging in.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt of order, but can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• All returns need prior validation and a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA's expire 30 days from issue date.
• Returned items will not be subject to a restocking fee.
• Pricing will be adjusted to reflect the correct pricing break for the remaining quantity of product purchased after the return.
