GENERAL

  1. How do I create a Thermal Label HQ account?

    In the top right corner there is a button ‘log in’, click here and this will bring you to a page that has 'create an account' at the bottom.

  2. I forgot my login information – what do I do?

    If you go to log on to THQ, there is a link that says ‘Forgot Your Password’. Click this link and it will take you through the process of resetting your password.

  3. Can I pay with a purchase order?
    No, all orders will be taken via credit card.
  4. Can I request samples?

    Absolutely! We have free samples available upon request.

  5. Do you make custom labels?

    Unfortunately, at this time we do not.

  6. Why is my price higher than previous orders?

    Back in January 2018 the label industry incurred a price increase from material vendors. This is the first increase in 10 years that material vendors have put into effect in the label industry.

SHIPPING/RETURNS

  1. Where would my order ship from?

    Thermal Label HQ has four locations nationwide and your order will ship from the closest location to you. Our locations are Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New Jersey.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    We do not ship to other countries outside of the United States except for Canada.

  3. What is the return policy for Thermal Label HQ?

    All returns need prior validation and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA’s expire 30 days from issue date. Pricing will be adjusted to reflect the correct pricing break for the remaining quantity of product purchased after the return.

  4. How do I track my order/check the status?

    We will send you an order confirmation with your FedEx tracking number.

  5. How will my order ship?

    As of May 1st, 2019, all items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Are you looking to receive your package sooner? We offer expedited services for a fee.

ORDERING

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    If ordered by 2 pm central time, your order will be shipped same day and will take 3-5 days to arrive.

  2. Is there a minimum quantity per order?

    One carton is the minimum.

  3. Can I order a partial carton?

    No, a minimum of one full carton must be met to process an order.

  4. Do you offer special pricing for distributors?

    No. We aim to sell our items at the best prices for everyone. Thermal LabelHQ can offer great prices by selling direct to you.

  5. I received an email saying my item is on backorder, what does this mean?

    The placed order has exceeded the amount that is currently in inventory. If this happens our sales representative will contact you informing you about a partial amount that can be delivered first, then have the rest of the product shipped to you as it is fulfilled.
